Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a dynamic class in which movement is synced with breath. The sequences are designed to increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and challenge the cardiovascular system. You will use your breath as a guide to become more aware of your body and practice, while also training your mind to stay present.

Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow blends movement with stillness, combining the fluidity of Vinyasa and the grounding pauses of traditional Hatha yoga. You'll flow through sequences while also taking moments to pause, deepen your postures, and connect with alignment and teachings, allowing them to settle into your body.

Candlelight Yin Yoga + Sound Bath
A slower, more meditative practice that uses longer holds to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. Postures are mainly performed on the floor and held for 2-5 minutes, incorporating live sounds of crystal singing bowls or musical instruments. We will invite the body to relax more fully and release any unnecessary tension stored in the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.

Suitable For: Beginners, busy professionals, individuals with sleep issues, high stress, or stiff bodies.
